Suggested Dosages:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) mixed in 8 ounces of water, juice or your PPN protein drink.
Loading: Take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) up to five times a day for the first five days.
Maintenance: Take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) one to three times a day. For best results, take 1 teaspoon (5grams) 30 minutes prior to training session and 1 teaspoon (5grams) immediately after training session. On non-training days, split the recommended dosage throughout the day.
